The is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join our dynamic team in the North West region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
*Responsibilities: *
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budget plans for various business units.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with department heads to align budgets, targets, and goals with overall corporate strategy.
- Support the long-term financial planning process, including scenario analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis as required by the business or senior management.
- Participate in various project teams as needed, contributing to the development of new initiatives and improvement of existing processes.
*Requirements: *
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
- Proficiency in using financial modeling tools such as Excel, Hyperion, or comparable software.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to present findings clearly and concisely to various audiences.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborative spirit with a strong focus on teamwork and the ability to work independently when necessary.
