  • Manage and maintain all aspects of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, storage, and networking equipment.

  • Ensure the smooth operation and security of all systems by conducting regular maintenance, updates, and backups.

  • Troubleshoot system problems promptly and efficiently, and provide technical support to users as needed.

  • Collaborate with other IT staff on project implementations, upgrades, and new technology integrations.

  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks or potential issues, and implement solutions to improve overall efficiency.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all systems, including configuration details, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.

  • Adhere to industry best practices for security, data protection, and compliance regulations.

  • Provide training and support to users on various IT-related topics as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in a System Administrator role, ideally within a fast-paced business environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

  • Familiarity with database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
